deplorable customer service, teenage daughter paid $236.00 for something other than what she had requested, went in to get it fixed, Jameel argued with her and wouldn’t let her speak, kept talking over her, once again walked out with something other than what she originally wanted, tried to send her out without blow drying saying they don’t do blow drys for “fix” appointments, really? Like she wanted to spend more of her time in a salon being talked down to. They then proceeded to sell her a toner shampoo for $19 additional and told her that it would make her hair lighter (her hair is currently blue, she requested either grey or light blonde) I went in and was basically told she received “a service”, and that seemed to satisfy the gentleman ( I use that term loosely, he called me honey) who was in at the time, said they don’t give refunds and she can get it redone, seriously?!?? Already tried that... going in to see what Jameel has to say tomorrow.... will keep you posted..... Jameel, I have read your response, although what you say sounds great..... it is not based on fact and does not exonerate you from taking responsibility for a very unsatisfied and disappointed client.... my daughter, your client is very displeased (to put it kindly) with her blue hair, a teenager doesn’t cry about a hair colour that they like..... don’t know why you feel the need to share your resume unless you yourself are insecure in the results of your work speaking for themselves....

Love visiting Jameel and his staff! Being able to book online and choose our stylist is fantastic - I can book for my girls and I all at once! I love getting my reminder calls, especially from Michael! All in all, I can't think of another salon I have gone to where I have enjoyed my experience more. Nice job everyone!

I love going to see Jameel! Each time I go ( at my request) I get pushed a little out of my comfort zone, and each time I love it! He always makes my hair stylish and easy to manage. I always come out feeling 10x better then when I went in!

It was only my second time there but I will be back! My highlights look fantastic. Jameel is a positive, upbeat person who I can tell wants to bring the best out of his clients and make them feel good about themselves. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well.

I have very curly hair and went to get a balayage and cut...my first color ever. I am beyond thrilled and surprised at how little time it took to get my hair looking this good. It's taken me ages to find a salon to be comfortable enough with and this place is my holy grail! Highly recommend Jameel and staff!!! Thank you!
