I had an alright experience at this spa. The receptionist and everyone i came in contact with was very friendly and everyone had a smile on their faces. The spa is spotless and beautifully cleaned - the cleanest i’ve ever been to. The ladies who did my mani and pedi were both great!! However, i had to go back 2 days later to get my one nail fixed since the shellac was peeling off- and fast forward to today (2 days after getting my nail fixed) it is coming off again. No fault of the staff- but a bummer when you pay good money for quality service and product and it’s alrwady peeling off not even a week after.

Over rated and over priced. My spa pedicure peeled off after a couple of days. Also, the esthetician nicked me during the pedi. I felt rushed.

Got a wax done here, don't think i'll be returning though. I would have given them one star but put two stars just for the sake of their generosity. The lady that did do my wax seemed to be in a rush, checking the clock every minute. I felt as if she did not feel like doing the job and that made me uncomfortable. When everything was done, I did not realize that she had missed a bunch of spots until after I finished paying. Which I did have to shave the rest at home. If you are going to do a job like this atleast make sure you have enough time to do it instead of doing a horrible job.

Went for mother's day and was able to make a last minute appointment. Got pedicures which were amazing and the atmosphere as well as customer service was great!
