What a lovely breakfast spot!!! I had no knowledge of this chain and I will be back for sure.nI love a basic breakfast and theirs was wonderful. I showed up before 9 and got to take advantage of their early morning breakfast special…$12.nNice touch was extra bit of butter. And as I rarely finish a whole breakfast was grateful for only one piece of delicious sourdough toast. Decor is so cute. Bathrooms for “Everyone”. Coffee mug is huge!nSuper close to Lion’s Gate Hospital.nReally truly I have nothing bad to say.
First time dining at this OEB! Very busy during lunch hour, so we were sat at a high table with bar seats. Love the decorative interior with high ceilings, wall art and various seating options. Our server was attentive and friendly. No problems with sharing an entrée Truffled Squash Benny between two people as a lighter lunch! We really liked the use of a croissant as opposed to the regular English muffin for the base of the benny. It was nice and flakey, and the squash was braised well. Would return!
After trying OEB Breakfast in Toronto for the first time. I’ve been craving the exact items I ordered that morning.nnOut of curiosity I decided to Google to see if it existed in Vancouver and I was so happy there were many locations all over!nnI started off my breakfast with an Iced Double Espresso Vanilla Caramel Latte. Delicious coffee blend as I recall!nnFor my savory:n• Canadian Lobster & Shrimp Crêpe and wow exact same flavors! Everything was made to perfection! Hollandaise Brown Butter was as divine as I recall and the truffle pearls made a special touch to it.nn• French Toast Trifle was perfectly executed. The right amount of Lemon Curd and Brioche bread was exquisite.nnThey offer so many options to pick from, I’ll be back for more!nnHighly Recommended!
This is one of the best places to go for breakfast, even as simple as eggs, pancakes and ham are taken to another level.nPrices are not that bad considering that now every single place is expensive.nI’ve been here a couple of times and they have never disappointed me, the service is great and very friendly.nThe poutine and sandwiches are also very yummy!nI recommend this place 100%
Ordered the staple, Bacon and Eggs, $17.99. Bacon pre cooked and reheated after asking if it was made to order. Underwhelming and complete ripoff. If you eat here, order anything else, it is good. Just not the Bacon and eggs. Mentioned to server how bad it was and they gave a $10 voucher for next meal. Not worth the $65, for two people, for tepid warm breakfast. Latte and juice were good I guess but for that kind of money find a better breakfast place.
