Viva is a family friendly restaurant located in beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are directly across from the pier. We are a tapas and sangria restaurant.

Story

Viva La Sirena is a Spanish tapa restaurant located across from the pier in Sylvan Lake. We specialize in sangrias with an extensive wine list. Never experienced tapa? It's worth a try! Sharing plates of chorizo sausage, mussels in a sherry vinegrette, chicken legs, Spanish rice, flat bread pizzas, bruschetta, gazpacho to name a few plus for dessert make sure to try our churro pastry.

Come check out our back private dinning room available for groups of 15-20.

Two big garage doors are featured that you can enter out to our bistro style patio and watch everyone on bustling lakeshore drive.

Stay tuned for live entertainment on our small stage indoors.

Food wasn't great. Service wasn't any better. Meals were forgotten about, some came out and were finished before the rest of the table was served. The overall atmosphere felt like lipstick on a pig. Patio was fiflthy, looked as though it hadn't been swept for months with all the garbage and leafs. Waiter had sat on our table, told us he was gonna eat the food that we chose not to eat. Service was extremely slow and essentially useless. Food tasted and looked as though it was made in a microwave, very bland, and boring. Overall disappointed with the experience. Don't be fooled by the storefront when walking by.

Experience was awful, we will never come back. Food for 4 people was served in about 10 min after placing the order, seemed they just warm up already cooked food. All kind of meat and seafood was marinated in the same marinad, and served with the same spicy souse, obviously to cover old oil taste.
