Brought a varsity jacket in that was a size too big I bought from Japan. The couple that runs the business took the time to listen to my request with the jacket and offered advice on the best outcome for the alterations. The jacket came out perfect. Been here a few times and am always happy with the consistent and honest service! They have hemmed three of my legging pants and also a quite expensive denim jacket that I was afraid of having altered that was too long for me. For my jacket, William also gave his honest opinions and suggestions as the jacket could have only been shortened to a certain point otherwise it would cut off my pockets at a weird place. Really appreciated the honesty and advice! Picking up my clothes are always on time and hassle free too. Thank you so much! I will keep coming back here for the amazing and wonderful service and work done every time!

I'll first say that this was my first real visit to a tailor in my lifetime-- I came in with a suit, three shirts, and two pairs of pants which I needed altered for my line of work. When I first arrived, I immediately felt welcomed and helped when I entered the store. Throughout the fitting session, William and Joy were highly honest, telling me what were the unnecessary repairs based on my budget, and what the best alterations would be to make. Lastly, we scheduled a pickup day, which was on time with no stress. I will definitely be back in the future as this was a very positive experience for me! I am very pleased with the tailoring adjustments on my German "Janker" jacket. The sides were brought in, the decorative belt on the back shortened and the sleeves shortened as well. Quite intricate work needed especially on the sleeves and was all very well done, much to my satisfaction. "click on photo to see all three views" I appreciated the friendly service and them being very upfront with what would be a good compromise to avoid unnecessary exorbitant costs. I have since brought in two casual blazers, one for a quick repair and the other for sleeve shortening. Pleased with that work as well. I will recommend as well as return for more tailoring when needed.
