Great climbing, and right outside Naches. Just park by the river and cross the bridge. Make sure to use the actual trail, not the old climbers trail, as it disturbs nesting falcons. Climbing here is mostly trad with some sport, but most routes can be toproped. Grades ranging from 5.3 to 5.12.

Large gravel parking lot. Vaulted toilets. Discovery Pass required area. Elk feeding is seasonal. Rock climbing area across the Tieton River. A hiking trail is also available across the river with a few other access points.

This wild life area offers an extremely rare opportunity to be up close to a herd of over a thousand wintering elk. It's truly a privilege to see.

Just love being in the outdoors. We rode the Free truck ride out to the middle of the heard. It was awesome.
