Small neighborhood park that finally got new bathrooms but the park aide doesn't open/close them at the same time everyday. Softball fields bring a descent sized crowd during the spring & summer. Downfall is there tends to be a lot of gang activity & there was a drive by shooting on Memorial Day in 2016.

It would be nice to be able to use the brand new public restroom.In my experience they are always locked.I have a hard time understanding why they would build something for the public that the public can never utilize.
