Taste: 4 Quantity: 5 Quality: 4 Service: 5 Price: 4 I really liked this spot. We ordered the takoyaki, ultimate, and omaki. I thought the accessibility to this place was pretty easy, staff was super nice, and turnaround time to get the order was pretty fast. I think they’ve got a great idea and business model… quality sushi that is fast casual. The only complaint I have is that I think they are slightly off in their pricing. Each roll was about $15, which to me are restaurant pricing. Even for those prices, I’m not going to go get that casually. If it’s convenient and I’m in the area, I’ll probably come back, but with the price per roll how it is, I don’t think id go out of my way to spend more than $13/roll. That said, I think it’s worth stopping in and trying.
O Maki is a quick style sushi and teriyaki restaurant located in the middle of Greenwood. Lots of parking down the side road in front of the store, and a good amount of seating inside. They make their hot plates fresh, so it'll take about 10 minutes. Same goes with their rolls as they will make them right in front of you. Some places botch the rice, theirs is great. Their spicy teriyaki and orange chicken are delicious. They always have specials on the board to the left as you walk in, so check that out. The staff here are extremely nice and are happy to recommend dishes to your liking. Would highly recommend if you're in the mood for Japanese food.
Quick and delicious. A bit spendy for what you get but if you're in the area and need some teriyaki in your life, this place it totally worth checking out! I've only tried the regular and spicy teriyaki but they also have a lot of different sushi that looks really good! Literally the only downfall is their prices.
Picked this place based on stellar reviews. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. Not bad, just not worth coming back for. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. We tried several rolls and shrimp katsu.
Would be 5 for the quality of food, however service was polite, but VERY slow and prices seemed a little steep for a place that doesn't have table service. Overall, I would return just can't justify a 5 star rating. Parking: Lot
The food here is so good, and the nice lady at the cashier is always extra attentive about making sure we get our food. One time I had to step out to pick up my wife and when I came back she immediately recognized me and pulled out the togo bag she'd kept behind the counter until I got back. Small stuff like this makes a huge difference and between that and how good the sushi is, we always stop here when we're in the area. Right across from Coffeeholic too!
Horrible experience today at the 10th Ave location. After ordering food and sushi for my husband and I needed water since I was having a medical issue and was ignored then my husband got their attention and the worker said they only had bubble water for $2. In order to get the water we have to go back to the self order and wait for the people in front of us. The worker was a terrible listener as we tried to ask for the food to go or cancel and refund us. I had to leave to try and find water at another business while my husband waited. The food was disappointing since the tuna was a paste and not fresh. Zero customer service has resulted in having to leave this revue and lost our business going forward. Mansplaining at its finest without listening to a customers needs sucks!
One time got a free sample of curry when they were trying out new menu items. I've only gotten sushi rolls. They're pretty good and filling for the price in my opinion
Ordered 3 fabulous rolls and the menu clearly states “crab meat” in the rolls and no where specified imitation crab or krab or offers an upgrade to real crab, to once again specify they use fake crab as a baseline, as it should if using anything other than the real deal. Order was delivered with mounds of fake crab and the Rock and Roll roll had a funk taste to it, like the fish had turned. Really disappointed after spending so much for lunch. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.
Great food and employees were very nice. Pleasant place to sit and enjoy
