I rented a gas monitor from here and it wasn't charged when i picked it up & never charged while i had it. I called in and spoke with a "Norm" and was told I would get a full refund on this. I showed up a couple hours later the two ladies in the front wouldn't give me the refund and "Norm" wasn't available to speak with me. I will never be using this place again and will not be recommending this company to any other people or companies
