Black Gold

I was referred to Black Gold by another parts dealer in B.C who went onto a site that showed him who had the part; Black Gold came up so I called them; my experience was pleasant, Corey was very helpful and the part was shipped promptly; I also was pleased when I picked the part up because the person who made it ready for shipping did an excellent job it was first class.

I just don't like them especially Kurtis that he is the one who usually take a call. The list a part on a car-part but when you ask them they want sell the whole assembly. They may have good parts but too expensive and poor customer service. They are not helpful at all. I would like to give 5 starts for Rodway , Central auto wreckers and Jasper auto wreckers! Compare their price Canada wide and they the most expensive and yet poor customer service.

They were paid to ship an item to my home. Item shipped too warehouse and sat forever. When I finally got a hold of them they told me they took them back and said it was my fault I didnt pick them up from storage in time. So what about the money I paid for them? Guess they think they get to keep that.. The way they talked to me on the phone was a disgrace of customer service and personal insult. I guess that's how things are in Canada.. I wish I could give them 0 stars but they got lucky P.s. Curtis is the one I dealt with, seems I'm not alone in dealing with him. Doesn't talk business just makes excuses and crys.. Karma is coming for him
