Fantastic products for sale. Every time i come back i look for new and exciting things! Prices are high, but quality good. Wondering if they will ever get something called royal jelly? I had some fresh stuff before and it was great. Also frozen durian would be much appreciated. Toronto has it and its hard to find. Will continue to shop here. Thank you.

Never have I encountered better customer service anywhere. I recently became vegan and came here to check out the selection. They have a great selection of vegan items. I had a gentleman ask if I needed any help and explained to him what I was looking for. He then brought me all around the store and showed me all the best vegan items. It was like having a grocery shopping personal assistant. By far the best service I have ever received. I wish I could give 100 stars!

I love seeing a stand alone store! The products throughout the store are all of high quality. I was very happy to walk though the supplements isles without having having a staff member push their theories and views on me. On that note the staff were lovely and did help when needed. The only downside was the rude manager but I guess every rose has their thorns. Thank you for keeping it old school and local!

A great nutritional lifestyle and grocery store staff were friendly and helpfull store is very well stocked and prices were great.

Knowledgeable staff and friendly I can always ask someone for the best sources of supplements and I always get a well informed and thourough answer. I recommend all my clients here for their nutrition and supplement needs
