What is the point of having a manager on duty that can’t work a till while customers stand and wait.nWhy have a security guard standing there doing absolutely nothing and a sign that asks customers to lineup and people just keep walking up to the cash while no one enforces anything?nSorry are you To busy talking about the weather to do Your job?

Bought over the years the Cannonball red wine for my brother for a gift and the staff here were awesome to get it imported to their location for me.

Extremely judgey and rude staff. Horrible customer service, look at you like your suspicious and have a rude tone when asking if you need help, as if theyre questioning why youre even there. Wow never had such a bad experience at the lcbo than this location, girl with the short hair and glasses seriously needs help

Good place in the rough end of town. In and out kind of thing. Cool staff too.

Saw some guy get apprehended for stealing. The on-site security were extremely patient, professional and De-escalated the situation flawlessly.nnCustomer Service Lady was efficient, super friendly and courteous. A well managed LCBO location
