Sansotei Ramen

This is a must-visit for ramen lovers. The warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service made for a fantastic dining experience.nnWe ordered the Tonkotsu Black and Tonkotsu+, and they were so tasty—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and well-balanced toppings. The Gyubee and Zangi were equally delicious and well-seasoned.nnWith exceptional food and service, I will definitely return here. Highly recommend!

The Tonkotsu broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor – you could tell it had been simmered to perfection. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fantastic. To complement the meal, the Matcha Milk Tea was smooth, refreshing, and had just the right balance of sweetness.nnThe service was friendly and quick, making for a great dining experience overall. Today was my first experience at Sansotei Ramen. I can say it’s the best place ever. The items was place carefully in the bag. The cucumber salade was super fresh and crunchy. The soup and the cake were super fresh! I recommend this place !

This is, sad to say, the worst ramen place I've been to. Now comparing to ramen from Japan might be unfair, but I'm also comparing to ramen I had in Quebec city and homemade ramen. The tonkotsu broth was lacking any depth of flavor, didn't drink it to the last drop. The ramen eggs, also the worst I've had. Easy to make better at home. The meat was good, but the other toppings I found quite lacking.

Stopped to eat here after seeing a line forming outside and the food was definitely worth the wait. This ramen is the perfect pairing for a chilly fall/winter day.
