Wash World

I really hate to give this place such a low review as I have been doing business with them for nearly ten years, however the quality has really declined over the last year or so and I'm not sure why. The row of white top loader washing machines have almost all been out of order for at least six months, as of the last time I went there a few weeks ago, and the automated card system is notorious for malfunctioning. The final straw came a few weeks ago when I was treated very rudely by the clerk who was on duty at the time. I was in a hurry that morning so I thought it would be ok if I just stopped by to throw a few things in the dryer. Apparently it was against store policy because I hadn't washed my clothes in the same visit. It would've been totally fine had he simply treated me with respect and informed me of the policy. Instead he questioned what I was doing there in a very condescending manner and gave me a dirty look. When I agreed to leave and walked toward the back of the store to get my stuff he said "Wrong way." Seriously, I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in all my life. This is completely unacceptable.

More ghetto than most pawn shops, but they're the cheapest around for wash/fold and they have not lost my clothes or taken longer than they said they would yet.

Really bad customer service especially from this guy...The lady was really nice...but to much going on weird people in and out....
