Good afternoon, As a fan of buying and collecting Air Jordan's, I wanted to find a place to buy limited Air Jordan's I found NRML via a friend, and I have been not only pleased with their selection; their customer service. This is a business located in the Ottawa Region that should be put on notice. As the place to get the right shoes for your needs and style. I received my shoes a few days after I ordered, and it came in nice boxes, a thank you card and even a thank you email as well. Thank you NRML and to those thinking of buying shoes from this Canadian company: GO FOR IT!
Shout out to NRML for their quick and efficient online experience! Got screwed by another online retailer but NRML didn’t disappoint. Placed the order on Jan 17th and received it on Jan 24th as indicated in the communication. I would say the additional cost of $25 for shipping is quite much but from the disappoint from the previous Canadian retail store I was happy to purchase a pair.
Anything but NRML. This is the best place for kicks and basketball gear I have ever been to! Got a pair of AF1's a few weeks back and had exceptional service from a young fella name Michael I believe. He was truly exceptional and knowledgeable. I would make the trip to Ottawa just for this place! Thanks again to everyone there you are all amazing! I need a jersey now!
My most recent experience is full of frustration. I ordered a pair of shoes and when it arrived they were two different models. tried calling them but no one ever picked up, Emailed them on Nov 7, didn't get any response till Nov 9 asking me to exchange it, they sent me a return slip, and i sent it off. It arrived on Nov 14, and since then nothing from them. emailed them and called them and got nothing. even messaged them on social media and nothing happen. In the last email they said they were sorry and they offered me a small refund but that didn't happen. I other orders with NRML, but this is by far the worst experience i have.
Enjoy online shopping with NRML. Love supporting Canadian retailers. Great selection, speedy shipping. Quite happy with recent orders this year so far.
Amazing experience. Best prices for the NIke shoes I got for my son’s Xmas present. Seamless checkout and the fastest delivery! Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Much better then those big box companies. Great job guys!

Placed an order on Boxing Day it’s now almost 10 days into January and no shipping update or response to my emails. Pretty disappointing. *update.* Updating my review as my items finally shipped and they upgraded to next day delivery despite me choosing normal shipping. I guess this was in part to how long they took to ship. I understand delays happen especially over the holidays but they should at least email customers to let them know instead of not replying. The products were great and I appreciate the express shipping. Thanks NMRL
This store has good stock in person. But when it comes to releases they are very shady. Last release of dunks they didn’t even put up on their website like they said they would and claimed they sold out I refreshed page every 2 mins since 9am. Clearly backdoor special. Wouldn’t recommend.
I ordered a pair of shoes online and went to pick it up today. The shoe it self and the price also were both 5 start and I'm really happy with them. But its always the staff that make you uncomfortable. I hope you consider treating your customers better cause this may ruin your business in long term.
