I had the best experience at this dentist office - first off, the office itself is spotless, zero clutter, well organized staff (the receptionist takes care of everything regarding insurance questions & she's so kind and helpful. Dr Priehs is very friendly & knowledgeable, she took time to fully examine my entire mouth, explained in detail my x-rays and taught me about my teeth. My hygienist was thorough & made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. I was sent home with a great goody bag & a new dentist for life!

My family has been cared for by this office for about three years now and they are better than ever. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and attractive. The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The hygenist and dentist are very thorough and happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Novi Family Dental Center!

Recently switched back as a grown adult with my own teenager as I went here when I was a teenager myself! Staff is wonderful and friendly and Dr Priehs is very informative and caring as well. Office is immaculate too! :)
