Southfield Family Dental Center

The waiting room hospitality was exceptional offering keurig coffee and snacks. The receptionist was friendly and coworker harmony pleasant. My hygienist was gentle and explained everything to expect so I felt comfortable and she did an excellent job. Dr. Levi as always encouraging, sharing self care tips and made me feel like a family member. Once afraid of dental visits, now I look forward to seeing my dental family. Especially with another "no cavity" visit😬

It was an excellent. I did not have to wait very long. Each person I interacted with were respectful and professional while making me fill welcome. Elizabeth who did the X-rays was efficient and courteous. She helped my stress level to go down. Dr. Noah Levi was personable and very clear. He delivered my results in a positive, personal and clear way. At the last step with Ann, she was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I hope to make this my dental home.

This place is great. I hope you get the chance to work with Dr. Alsaidi. The first thing you'll notice about him and the staff is that they're super helpful and friendly. If you ever have work done there, you'll see firsthand what a consummate professional he is. I just had a dental implant and bone graft done earlier today and have to say they really prioritized my comfort during the procedure, continually checking up on me throughout. It turned out very well. Then, quite unexpectedly, Dr. Alsaidi called me himself tonight to make it's all okay and answer questions. This was well beyond what I'd come to expect from medical professionals.

Always the most professional & experienced Dentists with truly the most friendly & wonderful staff on all levels. My kids and I feel at home at every one of our appointments and we are very appreciative for SFDC I also loved the new Dental Hygienist Ashley who took care of me today & Dr. Ballani is fabulous! Thank you Southfield Family Dental Center for always being wonderful to all of your patients and thank you Ann in billing for always explaining things in the most thorough manner. You guys are the best!!👍

Convinced me I needed all this work done to replace old fillings and crown. Went in for the appointment and the Dentist that started working on my teeth just snapped at everybody around him and left. So another dentist had to come and finish. Long story short I've been there 3 times to correct redo some of the work they did. My teeth are extremely sensitive to hot and cold and it's uncomfortable to chew on both sides. Don't even get me started on the billing mistakes. I'm finding a new dentist to fix their mistakes so hopefully I can chew properly again.
