Commerce Village Dentists

Technically current, on time and everyone is so nice. Dentist is spot on and engaged. Will continue to bring my family.

Full disclosure Dr. Pulgini is my Dad! He takes great pride in his work and his office, which he designed, always thinking of the patients comfort, he put massage chairs and TVs in every room, gentle and respectful, and wonderful with children, helps them if they're scared, lets parents stay with them, gives prizes for no cavities. I didn't have anything to compare him to until I was a teen getting braces at the orthodontist, who liked to yank my mouth open as if it wasn't attached to me (ouch!), and realized just how great my dad really is at his job!

Usually it's a great experience, my dentist is in fact the owner and is very honest and straightforward with me. I say usually because I have a deep-seeded fear with dentists and any pain at all is not ok.!! I always require extra shots to get numb enough cause i tend to feel everything.. obviously I wouldn't be getting shots or dealing with pain if I would have just taken care of my teeth in my younger years, but I'm trying to get things under control now. My only complaint is that I wish they would be a little bit more gentle and take a little bit more time and care when prepping me and numbing me and making sure that I'm extremely comfortable and will not experience any pain whatsoever. I understand there's going to be some discomfort but if I'm climbing out of my chair three times just for a filling in one visit that's not OK with me. 4 out of 5 Stars though because 9 times Outta 10 it's a good experience and they're great people. super nice assistants.. definitely would recommend it.

Unfortunately after going to Commerce Village Dentists for the last few years I will no longer be going back. My husband who went on my recommendation was having issues with a tooth. He was told he needed a crown. After the tooth continued to bother him and several more visits he was told there was nothing they could do and advised him to go to a specialist. My husband decided to go to another dentist and not to the specialist. He was then told that he needed a root canal, which should of been done from the beginning not a crown. The X-ray taken showed the tooth was of in need of a root canal and would of showed that when he first went to Commerce Village. Because our insurance only covers one crown a year for an individual tooth the cost of the a second crown came out of our pocket. When Commerce Village was contacted the office manager was initially not very helpful and ultimately said there was nothing they were going to do. Due to the dentist negligence my husband was in pain for months and we are out of more than $1000.00.

It was totally painless if you have had horrible experiences with dentist in the past you definitely need to go here I know you won't regret it
