Nova Era Bakery

Good, popular, clean bakery "NOVA ERA". The atmosphere is friendly, the service is on the level. Parking place, as well as there is a special parking for the disabled. Large range of bakery products, sandwiches, coffee ☕️, tea 🍵 and alcoholic beverages 🍹. And there is also a free Internet 📶 WIFI. We were satisfied and will be regular visitors. I want to say a big thank you to all NOVA ERA employees for their wonderful work.

I just called at this bakery as I really need a cake for about 30-35 people on Monday (I'm not really a party-planner type but was assigned to organize a small suprise celebration at work) and the lady that assisted me over the phone (Veronica) was very helpful. She provided me with information that I needed and placed an order with her. Keeping my fingers crossed - as I intend to pick-up my order tomorrow.

Fresh and delicious sandwiches, juices and coffees. The food takes some time because it is raw when they cook it. The prices are great for such freshly cooked food. The service is not the friendliest but I've been there over 75 times and never really had a problem. I highly recommend this place, especially for breakfast or a take-out lunch. The BLT, chicken club and chicken caesar salad are big hits. Also try the sugar donuts, they are great.

The place is usually quite good. Often stop there for fresh bread and a latte. But was very upset when I called in advance to make sure they had 'bolo rei' a traditional Christmas cake, asked if i had to pre order was told not necessary. So go there next day and no cakes left. Was told I should have ordered in advance!!!! Bad customer service!!
