A Garden to Plate Restaurant, local, organic, 100% gluten free, local wines, beers and hard ciders.

Story

Nourish is located on the last remaining acres of a historic 1880s pioneer farm, in Sequim, Washington on the Olympic Peninsula. The garden enjoys views of Sequim, the San Juan Islands and of Mount Baker.

At its heart, Nourish serves to raise awareness of our food sources, sound nutrition, sustainable living practices and to stimulate local economic opportunity.

Nourish’s Greenhouse Dining Room, Lounge, Patio Cafe, and private catering all offer delicious gluten free menus, created around locally produced organic food and beverages; as well as edibles grown on the property. Nourish is a haven for artists, musicians, and artisans to share their crafts. Nourish strives to provide meaningful employment and on-the-job training to young adults in the Olympic Peninsula area. Nourish is a place for friends to stop, breathe and enjoy the best of the Pacific Northwest.

Such a wonderful place to eat! We ate right in front of their garden where all the veggies on our plates were grown. My daughter's grass-fed steak was excellent, but my halibut was cooked a bit too long. Still, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Food was excellent! For those interested, place has gluten-free options & it's all organic, with many of the herbs & vegetables grown on site! Location is quite nice with both inside & outside seating options. Staff was very nice & service was timely all the way around! Small, free parking lot is connected to the property as well. Would highly recommend & would definitely return!

Nourish Is one of the most unique restaurants anywhere. It's a secret pleasure overlooking a town not yet known for having good restaurants. Most diners will never notice that they have just enjoyed a delicious and gluten free meal. They also my not make the connection that some of what they ate tasted so fresh because it came from the same garden they passed through to get to their table. This is no hippie health food reastauant. This is a full menu, gourmet dining establishment that just happens to be a bit healthier than most in it's class. If you've been here before you should return to see that they have gotten past their early struggles and now serve consistently great meals, have a much better drink selection and have, as they say, cleaned up nicely.

Great farm to table restaurant with outdoor seating in the gardens. Everything is gluten free, yet full of amazing flavors! They have a great drink menu and many options on the food menu from seafood, steak, pasta and burgers. I recommend reservations. Service was good but was a little slow when I was there.

I'm giving five stars for delicious food. I've had some friends complain that the portions were on the small side but I personally find them "reasonable." It's a farm to table establishment and has a lovely garden to stroll around in. The service can be iffy at times and we were turned down from a completely empty bar because they had a "large group," (not a private event, just a large group). I would rate the service 3/5, reservations strongly recommended. However, the food is always top notch IMO and drinks are delicious. Wonderful experience if you get in.
