What an experience! Not sure who the man and women with the blonde hair are who drive around the Norwood company truck, hopefully they don’t run the business, ran into them at Costco, a truly show stopping performance from these 2! A simple task, that is every humans job … putting away a cart, instead of leaving it in a bush in the back of the Costco parking lot. Hope you don’t treat your own employees like this, imagine, getting paid minimum wage, just to fish a shopping cart out of bushes in the hail because someone, who is fully capable couldn’t do a BASIC HUMAN TASK. Again, if you’re the business owners I’d hope you’d want better for your own employees and would be just as upset if someone did that to them. Maybe don’t take a cart if you don’t know how to put it back where you found it are we 4 years old?
This store is the best. Consistently friendly, helpful service and they carry most everything you can think of.
This is my now hometown hardware store and they're great folks, friendly and fairly knowledgeable and if they aren't they tell you so but can find whatever your looking for and if they don't have it in stock they'll order it in or check the stock of the nearest store for availability.
I went to the store to return a product i had bought 2 weeks ago, they would not give me a refund unless I had a receipt. The home hardware 5 min away accepts returns without a receipt, they scan the product and find it in their computer and offer the refund. When i mentioned this to the owner.. he said it would be too much. They know I bought the product, I have a copy of it on my Mastercard statement and they refused to refund me. Poor customer service.
The staff are very friendly and not hard to find when you need them. Norwood Home Hardware has been my local hardware store for over 10 years.nYear's ago, I often went there with my grandparents. 40+ years later, it is my local hardware store and I still love walking on those same old wood floor boards in the front section.nIf you can't find a spot to park, you should check out the back parking lot ;
