I was referred to NP Media by my old computer service guy who moved away. Very nervous trusting new people with my intimates. Not that i don't trust anybody but i don't trust generally everybody... once bitten twice cautious. So... my computer crashed and i had to call and i had to trust and i did and so far i have to say Mike at the NP Media team has been great on all fronts. Answers when i call, confidently deals with my issues, sold me a pc that works great, parts from my old PC he gave me have ramped up the speed real horror show = nice, on the new pc. and in short i am now confident i have a go to service company which is friendly, fast, legit, honest, reliable and all that great stuff old dinosaurs and barely computer literates need to have to feel SAFE. Thanks NP.
