I needed lights for my bedroom and my bathroom. I had already been to the store once, had a quick look , didn’t really see anything. I went back a second time , a staff member named Jeff asked me if he could help me with anything . I felt lost in my search perhaps he noticed I looked lost, lol however he went above and beyond taking my information and navigating the website while I had to return home .nwithin that same day, I walked out of there with a beautiful bedroom light and a very modern vanity light at great prices as well.nand I was educated on the new to me Wiz bulbs . They are amazing!nNothing beats going into a store for that hands-on personal experience . I will be going back to this store for anything else I need !
I’ve had a very positive experience with the Lindsay Home Hardware. I ordered a barbecue online because I could not make it to the store during the sale period and they were the only store within 75kms that had some in stock. I received prompt updates and friendly service during the pickup and loading. I had made a mistake ordering online and received a natural gas product that I could not use. The customer service got even better when Christine was able to make corrections to my order error and provide me with the correct grill. Thank you, Christine and Lindsay Home Hardware, for exceptional customer service.
I had to write a review! This Home Hardware has the best customer service ever!!!!! From the time I walk in the door from the time I cash out! Very friendly staff, the young gentleman always knows where items are. Ladies on cash super friendly and nice! I always leave with a smile! Thanks and keep it up! Customer service like yours is rare!
Just a shout out for Eric. Told him my shoulder was bad as he loaded my truck with three bags on cement. I talk to him when he walks by my house as he lives down the street. Told me he could stop by and unload the cement on his lunch time as he would be going by. This is a great employee that you have I always enjoy shopping there. This is my first review keep up with the great work
Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Probably has one of the biggest Yeti selections I have seen in most Hardware, Sportsware or Outfitters, and that's saying alot..nWill definitely be back if I need anything when I'm back in town or looking for a new travel mug.
