These guys are amazing. Best dental office in town by far. They have restored my faith in dental offices ever since my last experience where the dentist were rude. The staff is super friendly and the offer a free dental day once a year and you can get cleanings fillings and extractions done for free now they get really busy and people get upset because they're waiting there for hours on end just to get in and they came at 9 in the morning when it started when people have been there waiting since 4 a.m. the staff here is just phenomenal. They always do a great job and they make you feel welcome and make you feel like you're part of their family I am a forever patient while I'm in the area.

I had a horrible toothache over a weekend. I called Monday morning and was able to get in and hour and a half later! Everyone was very nice. Dentist was very understanding and assured me it would get fixed. I had to have a root canal done but no more pain! It was nice to have people who understood why I hurt and wanted me to feel better. And I do! Definitely recommend!

They were extremely conscious of my concerns and anxiety regarding dental visits. They took every step to make things understandable, and Dr. Sterling took time to discuss options and plans with me. Not only was it pain-free, but I felt cared for and valued. I will be back!! They have so many comfort options to make you feel as comfortable as they possibly can. Give them a chance!

Staff was very sympathetic to my situation. Also very thorough and extremely nice! I had an emergency evaluation appt on the morning and they were able to get me in for my extraction that afternoon! Thank you So much!

Loved my experience at Northwest Dental! At the age of 51, this is the first time I felt I was heard. My opinion counted. My options in regards to my dental care were presented to me, they told me what my insurance would cover, with prices and told me my out of pocket costs. I left feeling no pressure on making a decision right away. The staff are very pleasant, happy and Mn nice!
