Awful customer service. Was offered a time and then it was unavailable the day following. After being in contact, was retroactively informed of a cancellation this morning (helpful) when calling to see if anything had opened up. No mention of same-day guarantee. One would assume you would want to be in contact with people who could fill a cancellation around the time they inquired.

Very welcoming the minute we walked in the door. Dr Post and her assistant Kelly, were the most kind, caring and very personable.. we weren't rushed and had all questioned answered.. truly felt that they cared.. and i would recommend them to Anyone who wants the best caring, and compassionate service.

Katie the hygienist was fantastic! She was gentle, worked quickly, and when applicable kept conversation flowing nicely. Dr. Post never fails to be awesome! She's very sweet and professional. She really knows what she's doing and is open and honest. I can't wait to get my son in to her for his first dental appt!

My experience having 2 root canals and a filling replaced was very easy. I am now pain free and able to eat without any problems. I have always had the best care with wonderful people at Northwest Dental.

I have been a patient of Northwest Dental for almost 20 years. I have a fear of going to the Dentist, sort of "white coat syndrome". Prior to coming here, I actually was still going to a children's dentist ( crazy I know ). My Dental Hygienist is fantastic, she is calming, funny, and after all these years...my friend. Amy has so much patience, and is one of the reasons I can find the "courage" to go to my quarterly visits. Dr. Katie Post is the other reason I give NW Dental 5 stars. She truly cares about you, knows you, and wants what is best for you. I would never go anywhere else. My husband, and 2 kids are also patients. I can't say enough great things about them!
