Midwest Dental Rochester

I have enjoyed my visits to Dr Ray. He treats me like I'm a dear friend that only wants the best for me. I was even smiling when I left the office after an extraction. It went so quickly that I first thought he was reaching for another instrument, but he was done. The entire staff is very nice and helpful while being professional at the same time. They all make you feel like you are important to them and they are focused on your well being.

The best kept secret in Rochester!! Dr. Ray and his team are amazing!! I was looking to establish care since I have move to Rochester a year and half ago and I am so happy to found Midwest-dental, Rochester. When you are new to the area, and have a busy schedule, it is not easy to find and establish care with a provider that has superb skill and known to be compassionate. That is what I found at Midwest-dental. They will make you feel at home. Dr. Ray’s hygienist Edie is amazing (great personality with outstanding skills!!). All the receptionists are great answering any question you have. That is why I am calling Midwest-dental the best kept secret in Rochester!

Great experience overall, Dr. Ray takes time to explain what and why he is doing what he is doing every time i come in. The dental hygienists are all very respectful and professional every time I come in. The part i appreciate the most is the brutal honesty of the dental team and Dr. Ray if they notice I'm not keeping up with certain practices like flossing.

I went with concerns about pain. ALL of questions were answered. Two firsts also!! I was treated holistically AND got a call asking how I was doing after the procedure today. No TMD and a smile without a chip in my tooth!! TYVM.
