We had a GREAT time rafting and going on a Moose Safari. Harrison was an awesome guide for our raft trip. He was funny, energetic but at the same time professional. We felt safe at all times but at the same time he was a great match for our young adult kids as well as us.
We also went out on the Moose Safari with Addison. He also was great.
It was a great day. Definitely will recommend you and perhaps will visit you again someday.

We did a Moose Tour. Got to go out with Tad. Actually got to see my first moose in the wild. Actually got the chance to see 3. I had been to Denali and Glacier. Did not see any on both of those trips.
Really like Tad a lot. Had provided a lot of information in a fun way.
I totally recommend touring with Northeast Whitewater...Highly recommend.

Ashley was a great guide. She shared with us her knowledge about wildlife of the area and tried her best to find moose during our tour. Unfortunately we did not see moose. After our canoe trip, Ashley drove us to different points in search for them. We did see 3 otters and a pair of beavers. They were worth the trip. We had a great time!

It was easy to tell that Northeast Whitewater was one of the more skilled and enthusiastic company's in the area. Our guides for both the rafting experience (Derek) and ice caves (Harrison) were very knowledgeable about a lot of the history and geography of the surrounding area. They were fun people to spend the day with yet very professional. Highly recommend using this company for all your adventure outskirts!

We (a family of 2 adults and 4 children aged 12 to 14) hired a private water moose safari in the afternoon (July 27, 2017), and had an unforgettable experience. As Ashley, our wonderful guide, drove one hour to the lake where we were to take 2 canoes, she explained us everything about moose and how we should behave to maximize our likelihood of spotting them and not scare them away, as well as giving us information about the whole area of Moosehead lake. Ashley knows very well the spots where it is more likely to find moose rummage around and took us to a lake where we could enjoy observing them for two hours! Yes, we were a bit lucky, as not all trips are that fortunate to have a mother and a son moose some meters away for two hours, Ashley told us, but her knowledge and expertise were key to having that. As we boarded the canoes Ashley took control of the two canoes, that is, she alone rowed for the two canoes, and made sure we were as close as possible to the moose without scaring them away, so that they did not feel uncomfortable with our presence. Of course, that exceeded our expectations and it is something we will not forget. I thus strongly recommend anyone willing to watch moose in their own habitat to hire a safari with Northeast Whitewater. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. With this ingredients you only need a bit of luck to have an unforgettable experience.
