Great experience with the staff and nurses here. Went for an emergency, they had us checked in fast and also got looked at quick fixing the problem in a matter of few minutes. Was really happy with the service here. Had plenty of parking available when I visited, not sure how it is always.

They are terrible, I feel so sorry for the people that have experience the staff behaviour. Some of these staff shouldn’t work here at all, there’s no passionate for other people. Some of the staff treat people like they’re not important or worthy of their time and it’s so sad because you want to feel important and your health matters and some of these staff shouldn’t even work or have a job or work in this type of work field if you are not here to help others in need. Instead they roll their eyes talk to you like your nothing and they get their pay check and I think that’s the only thing they care is their pay checks. I wish people recorded more of their experience when they go to this hospital. So sorry for those that have experience mistreatments in this hospital, you matter and never let anybody make you feel like your less.

They were amazing. I broke my ankle and they took me in within four hours. It was busy super kind attentive, amazing doctor, or orthopaedic nurse or technician. I was admitted twice in two days one for having a serious UTI and then trying to find out what’s going on with me they did great.

This clinic has got to be the most miserable building I've ever stepped foot in. Obviously the staff are underpaid because they take their frustration out on us patients. I have never met one nice person while I was there.

7 +hours to get in a room plus the wait afterwords m for a serious infection, they’re more worried about the junkies trying to get their fix, and the people that need cough syrup. Watched a kid get in 1.5 hours and wasn’t even coughing. “Triage” is not an actual triage. Do not come here for emergency services. The people here do not care at all. Good news tho! If you’re a junkie and need a quick fix and a place to take a nap, they have the entire hallway for you! As many beds as you can get as long as you just need some pain medication and help this place meet their quota
