Healthcare Solutions

I had visited Healthcare solutions at north store as I had ulcers on my foot. I had only gotten few supplies from hospital and had no idea what to buy to get my ulcer heal faster. This lovely lady Colette helped me out from tape to bandages and explained me each and every little thing , from keeping it sterile and taking care of it . She is very knowledgeable and really optimistic employee. She is indeed a keeper. It’s very hard to find someone who can give you knowledge on everything that you need at the store. Great and helpful place for medical supplies. Must visit. Keep up the good work.

I have been coming to the north store for various things for my mom over the last couple years. Today I went for myself and Cassandra S. helped me. she was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for always making me feel welcome when I come here. The staff is awesome!

Me and my friend went to Healthcare solutions as we play sports so needed knee brace as was recommended by our coach . When we went to the store there were like 100s of different kind. What a busy store , this lady named Colette was just heading for lunch but she saw us lost in knee braces , she helped us out , made us try and explained each knee brace . Only few can go out of their box and do this. Missing her lunch and helping customers is what I called the best customer service. Hey colette keep up the good work. You should be truly appreciated.

Cassandra D fit my Grandpa with compression socks and his legs are getting so much better. They have so many different socks and she helped go through what ones would be the most comfortable. She helped show him the easiest way to put them on and how to wash them so they last longer. She had such a positive attitude and made this fitting fun and knowledable . Thanks for your amazing customer service Cassandra and Healthcare solutions! I will make sure my family and I come back !

Went into the Healthcare Solutions at Northgate, Edmonton. I was unsure what I was looking for exactly but was immediately helped by Colette. Upon explaining my needs she was able to put me on the correct path as well as make suggestions that would not of crossed my mind. It was apparent she was knowledgeable and had a love for the service she was able to provide me. It's nice to find staff that genuinely care about your needs. I will shop here again in the future.
