Love the Mom and Baby Yoga Fusion classes! Sometimes we incorporate circuit training or barre with yoga in the class. Get to interact with our babies during class too which is good to keep them happy. Love Sabra as an instructor - she's really good at challenging you while still keeping things fun!
I have attend a number of the DSFit60 and Boxing classes held by Dan Carson and both are great. He is able to work the group classes with those having a range skills/fitness levels. He adds new elements as the individual skills advance to keep the classes interesting. I look forward to the weekly classes!
DS fitness is the best studio in Toronto for kickboxing and private sessions. The owners are extremely warm and knowledgeable. My entire family are longtime clients. Absolutely recommended.
