The cemetery is well kept (the reason for the second star). However, communication with the cemetery association is awful. Even when speaking with the funeral home and the stone engravers, I could hear the sigh because even they have a difficult time reaching anyone. I called and the end of the message from them was "I will get back to you at my earliest convenience." "MY" earliest convenience? I'm calling because I've lost a loved one and need answers to questions. There should be no convenience about it. It's been 3 days since I left my message. Get back to the individual IMMEDIATELY. This isn't a park or recreation area -- it is a place of sadness and people need help. This should be addressed as such.
