If I could give zero (0) stars I would. This review is for the walk-in clinic, not the doctors offices that are there. Our doctor is at the Ritson clinic, and we've been going to him for 20 years. Great doctor, he's the best - no complaints there. We go to the Ritson walk-in when when we can't get in to see him right away. I just went there with my son who has a returning fever and a cough - he needed to be checked out. We arrived at 4:35 p.m. on a Friday, their site states they close at 5 p.m on Fridays. I walk up to the desk with my 2 year old and the triage nurse said "we aren't taking anymore patients" - at 4:35 p.m.?? The best part, there were FOUR (4), that's right FOUR PEOPLE IN THE WAITING AREA. I would understand if I showed up at 4:59 p.m., or if the waiting room was full. But that is flat out ignorant, especially when it's for a 2 year old, and I had to take off work early and race back and forth from home to get him there. NOTHING is stated on their site about arriving with ample time ahead of the 5 p.m. close. Another example of our health care system failing taxpayers. Never going there again.

Only one doctor in clinic,walls are thin so i could hear other patients describing their ailments, dr left his computer open on desk with all the patients first & last name as well as medical complaint on full display. Receptionist was unpleasant. This is a Mickey mouse operation, don't go here.

I went here today for two issues. I was hurt at work and required to see the doctor, while also sick with bad laryngitis needing a new puffer. I went to the urgent care because my family doctor (Dr. Bhmani of the same clinic) is out of town. The doctor told me I could only be seen for one issue because "she would not get paid" for one of the treatments, because some rule about WSIB vs OHIP, that one would not pay her. I find it outrageous that my doctor would rather me go untreated then for her to not receive a small amount of money from the government. Does this mean that she would let my grandmother go untreated for something? That she refuses treatment to baby's? What a doctor. I stood up for my rights and argued with her and in the end she relented, slammed the door twice, went on about working "Pro-Bono" and treated me. But what about the folks that cant or wont stand up for themselves? I find Dr. Bhimani to be a lovely person, my complaint is clearly with urgent care doctor and the departments policy. Just as a follow up I did attempt to go here again this last Sunday, I checked the web site, open until 4pm. I went at 2, paid for parking, walked past the sign that said was open until 4 and was told that the Doctor would see no more patients and that the clinic was closing at 2pm for that day. I told the receptionist that this was my family doctor and that it was inexcusable to turn me away two hours before closing. She said the doctor had personal things to do. I will be deregestering my family from this practice.

Why have the urgent care clinic say they are open until 4, when they stop taking patients at 3:05 i drove all the way from townline and Grandview, wasting time and gas only to b turned away. I have several clinics that are closer to me and will seriously think about going to one of them next time!

1 doctor on duty with more than 30 people waiting. It’s so busy, people are lined up outside the doors. Highly under staffed! I’ve never had an issue with the receptionist but who could blame her for getting frustrated, I guarantee she misses her lunch break more often than necessary.
