I usually enjoy ordering from this specific location for North of Brooklyn. We have dinned in numerous times and we were short on time so we decided to order take out on Friday November 7 at 10pm.nWe usually order the infamous garlic knots which I absolutely been craving and been advertising it to friends and family.nBut this time, the garlic knots arrived completely burnt…blackened. They were hard to bite into, bitter and dry to taste, butter was so burnt beyond consumption, and basically inedible, sadly, they were like stones, couldn’t bite into it without pain — nothing like the soft, buttery ones I’ve had before. What’s most disappointing is that someone actually saw the burnt knot and still thought it was acceptable to send it out. Mistakes happen, but this one felt careless. For a place with a reputation for taking pride in quality, this was much poorer than expected. I’m saddened with how the quality was maintained and I know for sure this is not what North of Brooklyn is like.nnCherry on top: I emailed them to address this and basically stated the above information. One representative forwarded to this location managers, and they did not reply. So much for addressing concerns about the quality of food they send out.
So good! Never thought pizza would be so good until I tasted the pizza here. Deserves well more then 5 stars, and the staff are amazing and lovely. Thank you for the great food and good vibes!
This is hands down my favorite pizza place! Every pizza I’ve tried is a solid 10/10. I especially love the Killer Bee and the NY Cheese, they never disappoint. The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and every bite is pure deliciousness. A must-visit for any pizza lover!
I visited this place during a work corporate event, and I must say the staff worked perfectly – really great team! They gave us the entire lower floor just for our group, which was a huge plus, especially since at first glance it didn’t even look like there was that much seating space.nnEven though there were a lot of people, we were pleasantly surprised: the pizzas came out extremely fast – in just about 10 minutes we were already enjoying our first slice. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the limited pizza selection. I understand that for a pizzeria it makes sense to focus on the most popular options, but for example, I really missed a Four Cheese pizza, which is one of my favorites and I think many people love it too. Of course, that’s just my personal opinion.nnWill I come back? If I’m nearby and in the mood for pizza – definitely yes.nnPros: excellent staff the biggest plus, tasty and well-prepared pizza with thin crust, good location, plenty of spacenCons: would be nice to have more pizza varieties
The killer bee is still in my top 3 best pies in GTA. I could eat one all to myself. Service is fantastic, and food always comes out quickly.
