Food and services was mediocre. Facilities meaning washroom was dirty, stall doors damaged and no privacy, garbage was already overflowing with paper and towels yet dinner schedule didn't even start. Was there at 6pm and out by 650pm on a Friday, service was ok but server could be more efficient and multitasking is a must when you start dealing with larger groups.nOverall was ok.
Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Boston Pizza. The food tasted freezer burned, with my steak being severely undercooked despite requesting medium-well done. Adding to the frustration, when I brought up these issues to the waiter, I was ignored for an unreasonable amount of time. To top it off, we were coerced into purchasing $30 worth of food. Overall, a highly disappointing and unsatisfactory dining experience. Would not recommend!!!
Absolutely enjoyed my date-night with myself. Lucy was an excellent server. The atmosphere is awesome 2 sides to choose from family style or sports bar feel.
I know there had been a lot of great reviews about the staff at the place, but I would just like to mention the staff once again and in particular Sarah and Helen, these ladies are on the ball! We come on Fridays after the soccer game at Hangar Sports, we are usually about 8-12 people almost the whole team comes for some food and some beers and this place is the only one where we didn't have our orders screwed up considering how many people we are, Sarah and Helen, actually remember what we usually order and come to our table with drinks as soon as we arrive. Coming here, I feel like we are having a party at my own house and we hired a great bartender to serve drinks. It is always great atmosphere and AMAZING! service, this particular Boston Pizza is my absolute favourite! I wish there were more healthy food options, which I would very much prefer, but the service makes us come back there every time despite a lot of other bars being around.
Came in with my girlfriend tonight for some quick drinks and some pizza , we were taken care of by Gloria. She was super nice and provided great service! Food was great so thank you to the kitchen! Also the manager on duty, rosemary, was super friendly and checked in on us. She and Gloria were amazing this evening! Definitely will come back again!!
