Check in app didn't work.  The website said they opened at 8am.  I drove my sick child there and the lights are on, people are inside but the doors are locked.  The phone recording said they were closed but the website says they open at 8.  So I drove to the Logan clinic and they got me in but now the receptionist said they are sending everyone to the Hyde Park clinic.  How on earth do you run a business like this!!!  This is the 2nd time we have had issues with the Hyde Park clinic.  We go here because it is close to our house but I guess convience is over rated and unreliable.

Great instacare; much faster with a more caring staff in general to the one in Logan City.

Good doctors as well.
