We celebrated our son’s birthday here and had a miserable time. First of all, the place is ridiculously filthy, as if they haven’t vacuumed for several weeks. It was also a sauna inside with a funky smell of sweat and dirt. The laser tag arena appears to be closed for good. With the arcades, we spent $60 on the games for three kids and they were finished within 10 minutes. When we bowled, the game was not synced up from the beginning and the TVs were zoomed so close to the present frame, that we couldn’t see who was bowling. We had to change lanes but it took some time to reset the game since the employees were not trained or authorized to do so. We tried the skating as well, and I received soggy and moist roller blades that were very uncomfortable. Again, a bit pricey and the kids didn’t want to do it for long. They did the jungle gym/soft play area, but they didn’t last long either because it was so hot. This place is just too expensive for the value of fun to be had. The only saving grace of this establishment were the employees being cool and accommodating. They are the ones I feel sorry for the most. I imagine they are overworked and underpaid judging by the care the absentee owners are putting into this place.
This is the first time I’ve ever left a review and unfortunately I wish I could give a 0/5. The blonde employee was beyond rude to my friend and then to me. She obviously has no experience with children and no respect for other humans. The way we were treated was so uncalled for. If I were the owner of this place I would definitely want to know how poorly she treated us. She tried to “ban” a 3 year old without any warnings prior. Then she yelled out the door as I’m leaving condescendingly referring to me as “sweetheart”. Just super unprofessional and terribly rude. She should not be allowed to work around children. The facility is filthy as well. Not a great mixture. Definitely do not recommend coming here. In resoponse to your very long response: The whole point of my review was to inform you of how rude and unprofessional your employee was. You have obviously received a very one sided version of her story and I’m certain it is not the full story. I’m not interested in sitting down with you after your response to save face. My interaction with your employee was unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for your company. The other mothers I was there with and myself have no interest in returning to a place where we could be treated that way. No matter if a toddler slipped away for a few minutes or not. Not once did an employee come over to where all the mothers were to say there was any issue. Of course we understand the priority is safety. We are all loving caring mothers. I am sure your toddler has left your sight before while you were tending other children. That doesn’t make the lack of compassion and respect from your employee acceptable.
I used to work here and have a deep regard for this place. The bowling alley was excellent but the front desk staff tonight was insane there were two boys and a girl. The boys were rude and disrespectful to my friends and as an old employee I understand stress but the place was empty and they still treated us like garbage. The female employee was amazing, helpful, and super nice. her name was Brianna I believe and she was perfect.
Our fun park is ruined. Our kids mostly enjoyed arcade games. We went today for a 7 year old's birthday. Most of the arcade machines were broken. They also replaced tokens and tickets with cards. Now you have no idea how many tokens are left on the card, some machines "eat" your tokens and you don't know about it. And instead of tickets you get credits on your card. Watching tickets come out was the best part! They took it away. The whole experience simply got ruined. We won't be back any time soon.
Went in on a weekend with my young boy and young girl to have some fun. I pay for the card/tokens and we're off......to wait in line because 90% of the machines/games are broken. So we try to get some tokens and play the remaining machines that look available and functioning and not let it ruin our time. What a joke beacuse even these machines don't work. At this point i became upset since this has been a total waste of time so we leave. Came back a few days later to ask for a refund or make this right. Explain it to the worker who then goes to find a manager. Hes comes back and tells me no refunds. So the manager can't even come and tell me this and i wasted a good part of my day and money and gotta try and explain to my kids why we just showed up and left like their being punished for something they did. Good work fun park. Way to handle the situation. Never gonna patronize this place again and i will be sure to tell everyone what a dump this place has turned into.
Just came here to share my experience this morning, what a wonderful staff the Fun Park has. This morning at toddler time, i saw two staff members save a small child from a machine that she had climbed on, the two employees could have possibly saved her life. Good job Fun park employees. My children are always in my view, but if they happened to slip away for a moment it’s nice to know the staff has my back. My children and I will be returning.
Kids had a blast and that's what's important. But go when you aren't hungry. On a busy Friday night they had one girl running the whole food and drink area. We did two activities and our buzzer still hadn't buzzed saying our food was ready. And we couldn't get what we wanted because the worker was allergic to cinnamon and couldn't prepare it.
Been here before.... had a great time. This time was completely different. I'm not sure if it changed owners or what. A significant number of the games were broken. The pizza oven was broken, so the internal restaurant was down early despite having foods that didn't require a pizza oven. It was very disappointing. Please bring back the fun and good experience.
Just visiting: we love it its so much fun and there is alot to do we could spend hours here! Having a party: my son loved it! They made everything look so nice, sometimes they would forget things and i would have to ask for them up to 2 times. The host was more like just another employee running errands and not hosting as much. But over all i would absolutely have another birthday here. Its much easier because they plan everything for you. BIG PLUS* THE PIZZA IS AMAZING! FAVORITE ONE FROM TOWN SO FAR!
Great place. Staff I interacted with were very friendly. Went bowling with my work team. Enjoyed it a lot. Little bummed they got rid of laser tag. Highly recommend this place.
