STAY AWAY! Went here for a annual dental check up and was not impressed. Was told i was getting a comprehensive exam, when all I got were a few x-rays and spent 2 min with the dentist. I didn't even get the cleaning i was expecting and then they charged me $135 and told me it would be another $85 for a cleaning, and I would have to schedule an appointment and come back for the cleaning. Who charges $220 for a visit to the dentist????? seriously HORRIBLE will never go back STAY AWAY DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I know I'm not in the majority here, but I was not impressed by my visit. I needed to get some immunizations so I decided to go here since they are close to my house. What should have been a 5-10 minute visit ended up being nearly 45 minutes simply because the nurse that was helping me didn't understand why I was there or what I needed. Instead of asking me directly, she left me in the exam room for 20 minutes and then finally she sent in a superior to figure out why I was in the clinic, which wasted more of my time. It definitely didn't instill my confidence in her handling of my medical care! The nurse also didn't inform me that my vaccination required another shot given on a subsequent visit, so I had to figure that out on my own. I can get immunizations elsewhere with much less of a hassle, so I won't be coming back.

It is a really good medical place. It is really cheap, but should have appointment in order to visit a doctor.

Overall I like the clinic as a whole. They have been very helpful and affordable. We have used pretty much everything except the pharmacy. The dental group has been great to work with except for Dr. Peery. He spent the majority of the time just lecturing my daughter that has Ehlers Danlos, which causes horrible teeth issues because of the no collagen thing. NOT HER FAULT! Dr Taylor on the other hand is probably my favorite dentist of all time, and really helped me out with a dead tooth. LOVE HIM! I tried to get my daughter into counseling for her diagnosis of EDS and they would not let her in unless she saw Andrea first. THAT WAS HORRIBLE! I kept trying to explain she was just diagnosed with Ehlers a very rare and complicated genetic illness, and that she had to have specialists in the field NOT A NURSE PRACTITIONER.... They insisted anyways. So we played the game and saw her, explaining there was not anything she could do and we already had a team of specialist in place to deal with her complicated issues most of what are in Salt Lake. SHE DIDN'T CARE! She just kept insisting she was qualified... (WHICH SHE WASN'T) It became clear very quickly she knew very little about it as she requested my daughter do certain things that could have dislocated her joints :( Andrea was very put off that we did not find her qualified and gave an attitude the whole time making us feel awful about the whole experience. We got what we needed and were able to see the therapist. BIG MISTAKE APPARENTLY..... Delores just kept telling my daughter to be mindful and never really did help with the OCD or the PTSD caused by my daughters abusive father. I just found out that not only was she not being helpful but that she considered my daughter to be a hypochondriac on top of it! This was confirmed after seeing the notes she sent to the disability lawyer. WHAT THE HECK? Her illness has been confirmed now by 5 specialists. She has even dislocated cartilage and been in the ER. And even if her diagnosis was correct, should you not treat that? Which she didn't. I suspect that because we did not play well with Andrea (only a nurse practitioner) that Andrea collaborated with Delores giving ignorant information and a wrong diagnosis. Super waste of money and time the whole thing. They need to admit when they are over their head on something, I would have more respect for that. Specialists exist for a reason. I do however love the fact the have a sliding scale and help those of us with no income. The office staff has always been more than helpful. I also appreciate that the building is clean and well kept, and doesn't make you feel like you are slumming.

Have great tier service (helpful for those without insurance)very reasonable pharmacy, however, their billing charging practices & confusing billing could be improved!! Also, keep in mind you are seeing a nurse practitioner in most cases instead of an actual MD.
