We were a group of 3 and ordered several dishes, drinks and dessert to share. Try the birria tacos! The jus is amazing. The chicharrones is so good! The taquitos and papas el hornos are excellent! So yourselves a favour and don't skip dessert. The brownies with a hint of chili pepper and ice cream with a bit of cinnamon is so good. Colin was a wonderful server! Highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed!
We came here on a Tuesday looking to enjoy the Taco Tuesday 10 for $40 offer, however to our dismay we found that the offer is no longer valid. Thankfully the staff was very sweet and obliged. The tacos platter was good - beef, bean and pork taco meat was super tasty but the chicken was dry and underwhelming. The toppings were fresh and salsa tasted good. Bean quesadilla was good, mostly bean and cheese. Margaritas were served strong and delicious, and beer was served cold. The ambience was nice and vibrant. Overall a good but underwhelming experience - I honestly expected a lot more from such a famous joint.
Great spot Amazing authentic street style Mexican food. Both locations are great so either side of town. Love music and events, even comedy nights. Great atmosphere and amazing food! 12/10 my wife can’t get enough.
Great vibe and even better food. Definitely worth a visit. The design is very vibrant, and the atmosphere really makes you feel like you're in Mexico. Tortillas are made fresh in house which goes to show the attention to detail and eagerness to deliver high quality food.
i’ve been a repeat customer since they opened on frederica & i gotta say.. it feels like a totally different restaurant. when they were on frederica the food was so flavourful & consistent! now it’s really mushy, no flavour, just salt, meat in the birria is mostly fat. i gotta say it’s sad to see them go so down hill. i’ll forever hope they up quality control.
