Norm's Pizza

Shediac location Overcharged again close to $3.00. Does not taste anything like the Dieppe location. Some of the young employee just don"t seem to care.

It was very busy! Waited 25 minutes for pizza. All good!! Busy is great!! Pizza was just ok. Ordered bbq chicken. Toppings were minimal. Crust was tasty, thank goodness, because there was more crust than toppings. Server was friendly.

First time for us visiting here. My wife and I really enjoyed this pizza place. The smaller sizes were really convenient for us. Also, the staff member working there tonight actually washed his hands after dealing with cash. I was very happy to see that! Thanks we enjoyed it!

The Shediac location closes at 7pm. Tried calling at 6:35 to order an uncooked pizza and garlic finger but nobody picked up the phone. So I rushed down to the location to make sure I was there before closing. at 6:45 the girl at the window told me "Sorry we're closed". I pointed out that it still wasn't 7pm she just repeated that they were closed. I'm back at home, with no pizza, and it's still not even 7pm. If the location is going to close at 6:30, they should change their hours.

Wow norms has always been my favorite pizza place forever! Tonight we ordered at the shediac location a 12" Hamburg bacon- when I arrived she called it overcooked and offered to do another pizza however we didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes so I asked my husband -they burned the pizza do you want another one?? He said no we don't have time- so the lady offered to charge for a 9" instead of a 12" so when your hungry and in a rush sounds like a good deal. So we drive home and omg it's the worst pizza I've ever had at norm's - not sure the meat was fresh and practically no meat on the pizza and an enormous amount of sauce. My husband ate 1 piece and said trow this in the garbage. Wish norms could establish a consistent ratio of ingredients on their pizza with all of their staff!

Ordered pizza here all time. Ordered the usual tonight, told us on phone 8$ delivery always costs 7-8$ buddy showed up trying to charge us double delivery !!! 15$ when getting my phone to call norms to figure out the issue. He left with the order. Wasted hour of our time now we are waiting for pizza from another restraunt that is delievering for $4 !!! Will never waste our time here again. Or support this business. AFTER A GOOGLE SEARCH MY ADDRESS IS EXACTLY 5 KM from norms !!!

One of the worst pizzas ive ever had. The quality is night and day from the dieppe location . the shediac branch pizza tasted like a frozen store bought pizza that was well under cooked. The center was cold to the touch.. Never again i will buying from this location

Thank you for your kindness to my Grandparents from Hawai'i trapped by storm Dorian. They were grateful for the hot meal. Looking forward to thanking you in person one day soon. They enjoyed your hospitality and delish pizza. Mahalo

Expensive and cold as Antarctica... The guy at the phone told me it's going to cost 32$ max with delivery. 1 hour later nothing... I called and the guy finally delivered the pizza 20 Minutes later and asked for 46$.... he said it is finally more expensive for delivery.... feeling like someone is trying to enter where things should just get out... oh and we also need to say that the pizza was tasteless and dry... cheese on almost half of it.

Great pizza. The cheese is really good and they have the best donair sauce that i've tried. Always friendly and fast.
