Dairy Queen

This location has an outdoor seating area so you can enjoy the fresh air and music played through the outdoor speaker system. The service and food are standard for the chain but having the outdoor seating area earns this location 5 stars for atmosphere.

The service was wonderful, friendly, polite and efficient. The food was extremely overpriced, $21.15 for a combo and it was absolutely terrible, right down to rotten lettuce on my grilled chicken sandwich to the greasy mix of old and fresh french fries but on the flip side, the blizzard was literally the best, well mixed, blizzard I've ever had from any Dairy Queen, ever. Seriously.nnIt's too bad the whole meal wasn't prepared with that level of care.nnI wish people in food service would prepare food in the quality way that they would like and expect it to be prepared for themselves, especially for that price point.

The only restaurant that does not turn their heat on during the fall/winter. I’ve had experiences in this restaurant during the cold months in which you sit inside the restaurant and you have to wear your jacket while you eat. The employees are also wearing jackets. When asking an employee if they could turn on the heat, they said they weren’t allowed to. Is the franchisee that cheap? My aunt and uncle asked for their food to go after dining in, because it was too cold to sit inside.nnFood is decent. I love the blizzards, but the new restaurant’s dining room feels like a cafeteria, more than a casual restaurant. And please, turn on your heat! Think about the customer and your employees, not just about saving money and cutting costs.

My first visit for DQ. Have Cinnamon roll Centers Blizzard at half price just made my day!

I went to this web site listed below. That was another wasted time. Make you go around in a loop finally had to fill out a form on what happened. Everything is below but I did. It won't send. Just perfect. :nnWhat an experience we had at Shediac Dairy Queen. Ordered 2 Blizzard's Large, paid and and stepped aside and waited. My girlfriend pointed out you get the the 2nd one free or $1.99 So went back up and asked about it. Showed my receipt, without saying anything he turned to get the manager.nManager fixed it up but also not very friendly, while doing it.nI didn't get anyone's name but wish I would have now.nSo I'm waiting for my Blizzards, I see them sitting in a cooler shelf but no one bringing them to us. Finally I got the attention of the guy that was running the front, and asked for my Blizzards. He picks they up and the ice cream running down the side. I looked at him and said, what I'm I suppose to do with that?nInstead of whipping them down, he handed me napkins. His job was done, I guess. I even said for a joke I guess your not going to turn them upside down, like they're supposed to.nMarch 27 Sunday @ 2:02pm received them at 2:14pm good job it wasn't busy. So you might want to think twice before you go to this Diary Queen in Shediac NB.nAll I have to say is WOW.nI hope the owner reads this and looks at there video cameras . You have the time marked above.nThis place needs better training or something.nRight next store is an ice cream place. I'll be going there next time.
