Still one of my favorite ice cream shops in Muskegon! They have very generous portions and the variety is always fun! Parking can get creative and there can be a long wait to order, but not a big deal. The people who work there are so sweet and very quick once you place your order. They do only take cash so heads up! My favorite is the toasted coconut! Tastes just like a mounds candy bar!

Great service. Very fast. They have this down to a science. Prices about the same as elsewhere but slightly larger portions. When order plan on getting more than you thought.

Awesome ice cream! Don't be detoured bu the long line, it moves quick. They got plenty of ice cream types, toppings and allergy-free choices. Big helpings too!
I don't know what it is, but ice cream tastes better at Norm's. The menu is large with options for every sweet tooth. They even have dairy-free options. We've been to two locations now and both have been great. The ice cream sizes are very generous, so a kids size sundae is perfect for me. Norm's used to be cash only, but they have started accepting cards which is very helpful.
This was the perfect shop to get ice cream! The ice cream was delicious and they had dairy free options for my sister-in-law, who really appreciated that. There were many varieties, and my brother-in-law wanted to try more than one, so he got baby cups of some different ones. There was shaded seating and a play area that the kids enjoyed while we finished our ice cream. We all loved it!
We are blessed with a lot of nice ice cream shops in our area. Norms and Coney Land are among the best and most recommended. I would highly recommend Norms. While you are in the neighborhood, don't forget to stop by Putters Creek recreational facility nextdoor. I this place. Is the best
Definitely a new favorite stop. Just tried it after delivery of a car. Man I can't say enough good about this place. Largest selection of ice cream I have ever seen. And their small is bigger than a large anywhere else. Phe
