Frosty Oasis

One of the pricier ones around. Ice cream isn't the best, and there is always a drastic wait. If you plan on using the drive thru, plan on using up a lot of gas! I was in line for over 20 minutes. Got a twist. What an odd one it was. Mostly vanilla with whatever chocolate they put in. A very overwhelming dissatisfied experience. Not structured well. Majority of options were out anyways. Overall, out of the hand full of times being here, this will be the last. Just not worth it, go somewhere else. Only good thing about this place is the kind workers

Always great service & ice cream. Saw they had a sign up saying something about new workers training. Employees old/new are all great here. One of my favorite places to get ice cream as it also has an outdoor play place for kids and a pretty big area for kids to run/play. Also pet friendly as well!

If you are ever in Muskegon, MI this is a definite stop. They have a very diverse menu of items from ice cream, to shake, to elephant ears, to food items. I had the pineapple shake and elephant ear. Sorry, I only have this picture. Once I received my items I didn't think about taking pictures. So, good!!!

Lots of ice cream options to pick from. There are some really good options like the many bars ice cream flavors, but we have some but and misses with weak shake flavors. The sundaes are also yummy, but really high priced compared to other ice cream parlors. I would give a 3.5 star for the food value, but since the outdoor seating space is very well maintained and a nice playground for the kids in giving a 4 star.

Absolutely a must stop! I am so glad we found this wonderful spot! Food is affordable and delicious, ice cream is also delicious and staff is friendly and helpful. We are from out of town and we're looking for a good place to eat with the kids and this was perfect. They even have a nice yard and little playground for the kids to play. Bonus that there is a park across the road.

Before you knock me down for my how I rated this please read the full review. This is actually a really nice ice cream place to go to and they always have a line, which will usually also tell you that their ice cream is good. Anyways, I put my order in and the guy who took my order was super friendly, however, the ladies standing off to the side thinking I couldn't hear them were not. I understood that you couldn't make what I asked for which is fine, and I stated that it was ok and to substitute an item. They proceeded to talk about this and be children about the whole situation instead of just making the ice cream. And then when I moved down to the 3rd window like they asked to take the ice cream, the two times they opened that window to hand me the ice cream, they apparently they thought it was still ok to discuss the situation and make fun. I guess according to these ladies ordering an Oreo Flurry with mint ice cream is a crime, if you order this you will be made fun of and will be given an attitude as they state that they can just put the mint extract in it. They will then proceed to be children and just dump about 1/4 to 1/3 cups of chocolate chips at the bottom of the cup. I will be back because I really enjoy this place but with the amount of attitude that happened tonight, I just hope that those girls will not be serving next time.

Ice cream sundaes tasted fine. The attitude we got at the window from the employee was deplorable. Upon receiving our first sundae, I questioned, "Is this large?" because the cup wasn't even 2/3rds full. I was told yes. Then we were handed the second sundae which looked filled to the top and I asked, "How can these both be large?" See pic. She answered snippy, "Well, he put too much strawberry dole in that one [the full one]. We could remake it and put less strawberry in it for you." I responded with, "Don't be like that." And she literally turned her back to us. As someone who has been in customer service and a business owner for 25 years, management/ownership needs to know about the lack of consistency in recipe execution missing, attitude with customers missing and best role for each employee missing. Each of these points are key in keeping loyal customers. We left upset and frustrated at having paid over $18 for these two treats that were eaten in the car with anger. We won't be back.

We go here sometimes. Their prices are the same as anyone else in town. We ordered a shake and soft serve and a pronto pup. The shake and ice cream was good but the pronto pup has a super weird texture and came with a hearty side of grease. Yuck Update....went back just for ice cream. That was good.

Service was kind of slow, but the ice cream was worth the wait.
