Good hand pulled noodles. Have tried a couple of their noodle dishes and both were tasty! The pork belly and green beans ~$15 dish is my favourite however. Great portions of noodles and meat!the sauce was delicious. Not sure if it’s cause I’ve only done takeout but both times I had the sliced noodles they were a bit over cooked and didn’t have that bit of a bite/chew. I’ve also had their beef pancake ~$10 which had tender cuts of beef in it. Overall, great local place to try out if you like freshly made food. Can’t wait to try their other dishes.
Very authentic. Good bold flavors. They do not skimp on the chilly oil and that is very important. Pleasantly surprised. Would recommend and will come back again!
OMG! WoW!! Tucked by Vedder Road in Chilliwack, a gem, a place for noodles lovers. We had two hand-pulled fresh noodles with beef briskets and green vegetables. Two appetizers, fried tofu and fried mushrooms. The fried mushroom is a MUST try, highly recommended! The service, the courteous waitress, felt like they treasured your business. Fairly priced, good portion, Gr8 service and definitely, a MUST place to visit if and when you're in Chilliwack. We'll be back!!
The best chow mein I have ever had!!! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, the food was amazing, and the service was excellent!!! I will absolutely be coming back here, and will tell my friends about it! The portions are big, the price is small, and the jasmine tea was delicious! Thank you!!
We’ve been here a handful of times, both dine in and through delivery. Our go-to in each order is the beef brisket soup, braised pork belly noodles and the house fried rice. They serve huge portions! Delicious and incredibly satisfying each time.
We went there ordered kunpau chicken with stir-fried noodles. I expected nice delicious juicy noodles but no these were very dry bland and tasteless. And sticky. We packed up leftovers to take home and add our own sauces. Altogether about $40 for two kunpau chicken and 2 coca colas. The restaurant here...Vedder Road was Very Cold and not comfy. Wooden chairs not comfy. Parking: Lots of parking since neighbor businesses have gone Out of Business
This is hands down our favourite restaurant to order from in chilliwack. We always get the house fried noodles and the ginger beef, but have never been let down by anything we have tried. Very generous portions and the food is always on time, fresh and hot! 10/10!

I’m from Vancouver and I definitely miss the Asian food options but the Noodleman has helped us miss it a little less!! This restaurant is comparable to any in Vancouver. Dishes we love: - cucumbers - beef roll - beef brisket noodle soup My family from the city came to visit the other day and I took them here. We ordered a whole bunch of new items too. They loved the Kung Pao Chicken. 100% recommend this place!!
