Noctua Bakery

Small bakery with a great selection of sour dough and sweet treats. We tried 3 different croissants - Churro, Almond, and Chocolate - and they were all amazing!

The coffee was good and I wanted to try a combination of savoury and sweet pastries and the following were fresh, delicious and shamelessly eaten very quickly: 1 Butter croissant 2 Churro croissant 3 Hot cross bun 4 Egg, bacon, gruyère brioche bun Bonus: The person who took our orders was so kind and upbeat! Going to make an effort to go here regularly

Excellent unique viennoiserie including multicultural flavours. Payment machine requires touching three times but isn't cleaned between customers.

Visiting my son, Scott who took me to Noctua for coffee and a bite to eat. The place smacked of interest and feelings with its makeup and exuberant greeting. It was a store that baked its own bread and pastries that was easy to devour

Great baguettes and nutella stuff buns. Staff are always super friendly.

This morning, I came to buy some pastries. Two of the pastries I bought were croissants a plain one and a chocolate one with almonds. I came home and realized both of them were hard. For croissants that cost more than 5 dollars, one would expect much better quality. Really disappointing.

Everything we’ve tried from Noctua has been perfect. The morning buns are a mix of fluffy cinnamon bun meets crispy buttery pastry, the chocolate & regular croissants are flaky perfection, and the chocolate babka is sheer delight - soft sweet brioche bread with beautifully bitter chocolate. Check their insta for daily selections. A delicious addition to the junction. Really lovely staff as well.

Noctua bakery is simply the best bakery in the neighbourhood, if not the city! Everything is baked with their own sourdough starter, not commercial yeast. Flour is fresh and locally milled. Their pastries and bread are spectacular.

Ive been coming here since they opened. My favourite pastries in the city! And the service is always quick and friendly. Thank you for being here.

I am picky when it comes to croissants and Noctua make PERFECT croissants, delicious flaky crisp outside and buttery soft inside - delish!! I have yet to try all the pastries but they look amazing and their breads are wonderful…lovely people too! Very happy they’re in my neighborhood but worth the travel if not in yours!
