The best cherry creme brulee tart I have ever tasted. Earl grey tea was amazing too! The staff was super helpful with their friendly service, offered bites to taste different cakes and ice cream. The interior design of the shop is impeccable with the Black Swan theme. I can just sit here the whole day! Highly recommended dessert place!
Famous pastry chef Donald Duong’s dessert place. Products are pretty and tasty. They can pair with coffee, tea, and Sake Chocolates too!! The location is easy to access. Lots of parking spaces. I like the decoration and layout inside “Sweet A La Mode” which makes you feel comfortable to hang out with friends.
I love this place, it’s my kind of café. They serve a variety of deserts and drinks. The space were decorated nicely they even have coat hangers, there are different kind of tables and chairs from high to low. The staff were friendly, the owner of this place was really friendly. The food was amazing, though I haven’t tried their coffee yet as I don’t really like it. The prices were okay. I have came here many times and I didn’t have any complaint.
Highly recommend this new bakery cafe at the Stockyards! Great atmosphere and fresh high quality baked goods. You gotta try their herb-y cheese puffs, it was like a party in my mouth.
What a fantastic experience to come here. I came here with no expectations as it was a spur of the moment decision and I am glad I ended up here. Immediately walking in you could feel the quality of care they take in running their establishment. The decor is absolutely amazing. Then you get to their selection of food, beverages and desserts and you are just blown away. They have their own baked cookies, to tiramisu cups, ice cream, cakes, crepes and even banh mi. Oh yeah, they also have a great brunch menu too. Overall, there's just too many good things to list here. Come here if you ever have to chance; you won't regret it.
The cafe overall is very aesthetically pleasing. Friendly staff, clean furniture, delicious Vietnamese food and drinks. Came here with my family the first time and my parents loved it. Started coming here by myself or with friends to study. Favourites are their banh mi and creme brulees.
Incredible attention to detail! Sweet A La Mode is perfect in every way. From the serene tasteful decor that envelops you right as you enter to the delectable treats on their menu all made from scratch ...rivaling the best from Montreal to Paris. To the carefully selected teas for their high tea to the gourmet gelato selection made in house. This place is just incredible!
From the look outside, I would never thought they sell Bah Mi here! And the Bah Mi actually not bad too. With the fancy décor you would expect price will be high, but nope... Actually the Bah Mi plus any drink combo only coated $10. What a deal! The drink was surprisingly good, not too sweet at all and with real fruits, not powder. The Bah Mi was crispy outside and full of ingredients. Too bad both duck confit and BBQ pork Bah Mi which we wanted only available at weekend. Furthermore, they only accept cash or debit card, hence only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because half of the menu is not available during weekdays and what if I don't have cash on me? Will come back next time to try their high tea, menu looks interesting.
Amazing new dessert place. Finally an asian dessert cafe on the west end. They are very generous with their samples and the staff are extremely friendly and passionate about their products. You definitely need to come here.
I stumbled upon this place after I was at nations. They just opened a few days before I came so the debit machine didn't work. However, the dessert was delicious and worth it. The staff also really cared about your experience and checked up on you regularly to see if you needed anything. The decor was very pretty as well as the presentation. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for dessert or a coffee or tea.
