Nitti's Hunters Point Resort

My husband and I rented a four-person fish house the last Monday through Thursday in January. It was cold out but the fish house was nice and warm. The people at the restaurant and bar make you feel like you are old friends when you're there. There's bingo on Wednesday nights at the restaurant, so my husband and I went for bingo and dinner. It was a lot of fun. Don't be afraid to try the spaghetti and meatballs, it's pretty good! I guess the best way to summarize our experience is good food, good people, good time! We will be back next year. And if Laura is there, watch her work, she's pretty amazing.

Stayed in the west motel room, very comfortable with everything we needed. Had the best walleye I've ever tasted at the restaurant, along with the most incredible service I've ever experienced anywhere! Laura C is a rock star and would highly suggest requesting her. Also had service from Heather 2nd night - also, perfect service and simply delightful. Overall wonderful winter time experience at this resort.

The cabin was great. I think a fair price. The people we talked to were all very friendly. The lake view was perfect. We ate at the restaurant and it was really good.Rooms: 5/5

Not our lucky weekend. We didn't catch anything but the experience was great. At least once a day they would make there way out to us on the lake to make sure we had everything we needed. No running water or power so you'll need a generator. The shacks do have outlets and there is a bathroom. Think of it as the most civilized way of pooping in a bucket. The shacks are plenty warm and you are in control of the heat. Aside from the beds a table and chairs are provided. Has two propane burners. I believe our shack had 10 predrilled holes with lids. Also if you've never driven on ice it's quite the experience.

Hottest motel room I've ever stayed in with no temperature controll. Drunk neighbors with thin walls partying all night! Zero sleep. Unreal. Never again! EAST MOTEL

Great place with some great people. If you ever get the chance to get breakfast, the guide sandwich is unreal. Awesome Bloody Mary’s as well. If you go for dinner the burgers are hard to beat and wraps are also very good.

As a Vegan...I went to dinner here expecting a salad bar, but my brother wasn't aware that it was only setup on weekends. The menu had nothing listed as vegan, but like most non-vegan establishments a $5 side salad is the usual go to. Our very friendly waitress Laura, when I asked what was in the salad, said whatever they have available…I said okay…make it a double and load it up with everything you can find. She came back with the biggest darn salad I’ve had in a long time chock full of fresh veggies. Best darn filling salad I’ve had in a carnivore’s den. Great place on the lake with great prices and a fun vibe.

Couch a little worn. Close to the place where boats were launching so a little extra activity. Very comfortable cabin - very good value. So close to the lake - beautiful view. I would highly recommend it.Rooms: 4/5

The restaurant is fabulous. On Friday nights they have the best prime rib around. They always have a great salad bar as well. Sunday breakfast was great too. The 2nd time we went there the waitress remembered us.Service: 5/5

Rented an ice shack from Nitti's for a weekend. I guess it's why they call it fishing and not catching. Terrible fishing. Decent accommodations but bad shower house.Rooms: 4/5
