Not bad. Not great. Pricey I’m my opinion for what you get. Lunch $12 before drinks. Dinner $18 before drinks. I only come here if I’m with a group and we want to talk and everyone likes Chinese/Hibachi. But just to come here to eat, meh, nah. Fried rice and lo mein are a bit dry for my taste, but not awful. C+/B- on a great day.
Returned after 5 years, hoping for some delicious buffet style meals. We walked in to find no hibachi, dried salmon on the sushi and water-downed sprite. Disappointed, we asked the front desk if we could just pay for the half plate we ate and leave because beef broccoli tasted like rubber, there was hair on the food and nothing was good. The young lady at the front desk was rude, refused to even listen and pretty much dismissed us. I think the video of the fortune cookie says everything about the quality. Would not recommend to anybody. $16.99 for an adult on a weekday btw.
Fist time stopping at this restaurant. Saturday price was $15.99 and worth it had all the Chinese favorites and great crab rangoons. I went at 1130am so all the food was full.and fresh ...no complaints would return if in the area again..
One of the best Chinese buffets in Western Massachusetts. Huge variety of pan Asian, basic sushi, seafood and hibachi. Waitress are very attentive and kept our glasses full.Food: 4/5

This is our Go To restaurant when we stop in West Springfield. In fact, we look forward to it! The food options are amazing and the staff is always sweet and kind. We live a ketogenic lifestyle and have no trouble here. Last night was Valentine's Day, and while exceptionally busy, the staff did not miss a beat! The food was great and the value was exceptional! Kid-friendliness: LOTS of kids there every time we are there. The staff manages them seamlessly! Parking: In a shopping center. Basically, unlimited parking. Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible. If it's really crowded, an issue might arise, but generally it's not a problem. Dietary restrictions: We eat a ketogenic diet and have not problems following one at this wonderful restaurant!
I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but I thought it was good. I had some sushi which was nice and fresh. I also tried a couple other items which were all good as well. It's a buffet. Expect buffet food. I thinks some people expect too much. It's not a Michelin star restaurant it's a buffet. I will definitely go back.
Is been maybe 5 to 6 years since I last visited this restaurant few things I experience this time that I didn't before. 1. Food taste was not the same I liked it before. This time not even the mussels tasted the same. Sushi also not tasteful like it used to. 2. I felt rushed by the waitress the entire time. The ways the waitress will come to the table to quickly and also one thing I didn't appreciate how she would go over our face accross the table to crab the plate with out waiting for the response if we were done with the plate. Not giving us the chance to place the empty plates on front of the table for them to know we were done with the plate as usual. Hope they do better on the food taste. Not sure if I would ever return to the restaurant.
A like this place. Looks clean outside. Every time I go I find fresh food. Been comming here for years never disappointed. Mostly for lunch is cheaper.Food: 4/5
I really hate saying this but if I could give the nippon's a minus five stars I would. I have eaten that many Oriental buffets and this one was by far the worst. If they paid me to eat here again I would turn it down. We went to the Lobster buffet and it's was lobster claws that had absolutely no meat in them. What I think was meat were these little dried out thin strips inside the claws. The crab was like mush. The shrimp and imitation crab was Pasty. The barbecue spare ribs we're flavorless and you couldn't recognize what you're eating. The breaded fried fish was undercooked. My wife said the white rice is hard she pushed the plate aside and got french fries and pizza. which she didn't like the pizza and the fries were okay. My son loves fried dumplings eat one and throughout the rest. My son have the rice noodles and lo mein took a few bites and didn't finish that either. I could go on but everything we tried was such poor quality. So we filled up on the jello and the slice fruit. We would have been better off taking the $50 is lighting it on fire at least we would have got warmed from it. The next day all three of us woke up with the runs. I get no pleasure out of giving this place a poor review but they deserves it. I highly recommend you think long and hard about spending your hard-earned money here and find another place to eat. I was excited to go to a buffet with all you can eat lobster and I took some pictures and the buffet looks good. But as you know looks can be deceiving. So my final note to you is to make sure you have some baby wipes on hand because you'll need them.
