Our first experience we loved it! Fast friendly service from the moment we entered even with no reservations LIZ is an awesome server! the manager Jim came to check in on us.. we both loved the Saturday bag broil with lobster tails & shrimp highly recommend will definitely visit again! Dj turn up after 9pm on Saturdays attended birthday in bar area
Been wanting to try this place for some time. So tonight we gave Crazy Seafood in West Springfield a try. All we can say is, we are glad we did. The place was super clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Casey our waitress was excellent! But most importantly, the food was delicious! We got the New England Combo it’s for two. It had a lobster tail, snow crab, clams, mussels, potatoes, corn and chicken sausage. We got the waitresses suggestion of the everything sauce, mild. It was perfect. To finish up, we had a piece of Salted Carmel Vanilla Crunch cake. It was to die for. Will we return. You bet!
This is such a fun experience and I've been probably 6 times in the past few months, it's just SO good. The crab legs, clams and shrimp with spicy Cajun mix is my go to. Oh! And do not forget about adding a boiled egg. It is amazing. Autumn has been our server a few times and she's so sweet and on top of everything. If you're looking for a seafood boil in western mass this is definitely the place to go.
This was our first time here and we arrived at 915 to a welcome greeting. We ordered the shovel and several drinks for our family of four and it was amazing! It was just a perfectly satisfying meal and no one had any complaints!
Got a seafood boil it was good, everything was well prepared, hot and fresh. The very first time I ordered from this location I think the boil was missing the sauce I had requested. The sauce I enjoy most is a mixture of several types, that most importantly includes the garlic pepper blend which makes a big difference in my opinion. The second time it was done correctly, and I really enjoyed it alot!!!. The service here is excellent , the restaurant has a cool look, it's a fun place for all. I definitely look forward to dining in for years to come.

First time ever eating here it was good definitely liked the jams that this restaurant had. The food was good but it wasn’t as much sauce for you to scoop up with the seafood definitely like the place in Boston Rd more.

Mom’s 75th Birthday Jan 7th 2023 Reserved a table for 20 people. Our server Kassy was an absolute gem. She was patient, pleasant, provided quick service and very knowledgeable about the menu. I watched her not only take care of our large group but other tables in the main dining area. I was extremely impressed!! The food was delicious. No complaints from anyone in our party. My family loved the Singing lobster Birthday song. Thank you for making sure we had a great experience
