If you enjoy the quiet beauty of lakeside camping, watching loons and listening to owls, you have arrived at your destination.

Story

Our campground has two levels with 60 sites (52 with water & electric). The lower level offers a lakeview and has 24 pull through sites and 16 back-in sites. We have 20/30/50 amp service. The upper level is more secluded and wooded and better suited for tenters. All sites are spacious. Caravans and group campers are welcome.

What an absolutely lovely campground. I came here on the last weekend of camping in the fall and I had a wonderful time. What a surprise to find it so beautiful. I knew it would be, but it was stunning. The owner was lovely and helped me get everything I needed. Because it was fall, and cold, I needed an extra power converter so I could plug in my tent heater. She had one there that she was able to provide. The wood she sold me was dry and good. The only down side was that there was only one bundle left to buy when I got there, but I guess that’s what happens when you come late on the last weekend of camping. Unfortunately for me, my fire didn’t last long because of this, and the heater basically did nothing to heat the tent, so it was literally frosty in the morning with frost on my tent. However, since there weren’t many people in the park, I was allowed to choose my own site, so I chose one right at the edge of the lake, and what a delight. The photos speak for themselves. I told her I would definitely be back with my husband next year.

Peaceful, quiet, not overly crowded although not private either. Easy for large rigs to move around. Nice community building for larger group activities or to get out of the rain. Play ground and swimming raft for the kids, canoes (with life jackets). They also provide clean washrooms and showers and laundry facilities are also available. And the dump station is large, clean and easily accessible. Would definitely return to this campground.

We really liked this laid-back campground beautiful reflections. Lovely hike around the lake. The staff was super friendly. I got invited for a cup of coffee.

Great campground would go back again. Nice clean and very friendly staff. Good lake too could fish swim or boat!
