First cake they forgot flavoring in the icing tasted like commercial food coloring,it was inedible. Second cake didn't even end up getting cause they were so rude to my sister and I on the day of my neices birthday. Lack of customer service, they don't apologize for anything and will call you rude for being upset and calling them unorganized, and miscommunicating what was going on in their shop.

She made the most delicious and beautiful cakes for my sons baptism. such a sweet and talented lady! the cakes looked too beautiful to eat. they were a major hit at my party!

I ordered a cake with my son's picture drawn on it with Nilda a couple of weeks before my son's 1st birthday, and I payed over a 100 for it. On the day before my son's birthday party, I called her to see how's everything going and she said everythings fine. The next day when my husband went to pick it up, the cake looked nice but my son's picture was NOT DONE, she just print it out and paste it on the cake just like that. When I called her over the phone about it, she apologize and explain to me that her machine broke the day before which was the main reason why she couldn't do my son's picture the way it was supposed to be. The problem was, the day I called her, she told me that everything is okay and I believed her. She did not offer to give us a discount but was told to give us 20% off our next purchase, seriously? I do not work in a Bakery Industry, but it's COMMON SENSE that when somethings wrong, you owe to let your customer know what's going on so that we (customers) get a second plan going, and please treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. Never again I'm going here, you'll just get robbed!

I called on a Sat to inquire about timeframes of a cake being ordered. Understood they were closed on Monday. Sent an email with the picture of the cake I was hoping to have done on Monday, no reply on Tues. Even though their VM states they will reply in 24 hours to VM. So I just wont be using them I guess

Amazing Tres Leches! Taste even better than the ones I've tried in Hispanic restaurants in NYC.
